White wine at Koku Kitchen

Two whites, both by the glass or the bottle. Xic del Mel is a Xarel·lo from D.O. Penedès, dry and fresh, with a clean finish that plays well with soy, ginger and fried things. El Loco is from D.O. Rueda, Verdejo with Sauvignon Blanc, brighter and more aromatic, good with a shio ramen or a Saigon salad.

Either one is on the table at any of our four restaurants in Barcelona.
