Red wine at Koku Kitchen

Two reds, both by the glass or the bottle. Jaspi Negre is Catalan, from D.O. Montsant, with the weight to stand up to a miso ramen or a katsu curry. Madame Bobalu is a Bobal from D.O. Valencia, lighter and fruitier, easy alongside gyozas and baos.

Either one is on the table at any of our four restaurants in Barcelona.
