Cocktails at Koku Kitchen

Two sours lead the list: a classic pisco sour with fresh lemon, sugar and a silky foam, and a whiskey sour, bourbon shaken with lemon under a soft foam. The Koku Dirty Lemonade is our homemade lemonade with your choice of pisco, bourbon, gin or rum.

Then the long drinks: a gin & tonic with lemon, the Born Negroni, our take with vermouth, gin and Aperol, an Aperol spritz with prosecco and fresh orange, and a tinto de verano, red wine with lemon and a splash of orange, served cold.
